Say hello to offer stacking
Our latest dashboard update lets you prioritise multiple offers across the same brand. This not only means that you can have multiple offers with a brand, but also different types of offers. Customers respond differently to different types of promotions - so you now have the freedom to choose between discount or amount-based offers... or both! Login to your Fidel Dashboard and checkout the Offers tab to see what types of offers you can enable.

Offers API now available in test environment
Fidel's Offers platform allows you to create online or in-store offers using card-linked technology. Previously, the Offers platform was only available for live customer offers. Now, they're in our test environment, so you can create and experiment with offers before they go live. Head to the ‘CLO’ tab on the Dashboard to access the playground.
Webhooks now available for Offers API
We’ve added a brand new webhook for our Offers API. It lets you get data specifically related to live offers in real-time.
